Enjoy a private, 4-course, sharing-style Umbrian menu lunch by celebrated American Chef Nancy Silverton at Osteria Mozza Singapore. The menu is inspired by Chef Nancy Silverton's love for Umbria, Italy, a place where she has built her second home and avidly discovers and experiments with the flavors of the Italian countryside.

Osteria Mozza Singapore is the only Asian outpost of Silverton's One-MICHELIN-starred Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles. The Asian outpost serves a diverse range of Cal-Italian delights with both classics and dishes crafted exclusively for Singapore. Explore a variety of items in this family-style 4-course lunch that includes a fresh selection of cheese delights, Mafalda Corta di Francescana with 36-month Bianco Modenese Parmigiano Reggiano, and Grilled Yellowtail Spiedini, all of which are cooked with impeccably sourced seasonal produce.

Dietary preferences must be made known at least seven (7) days in advance. Please note this package does not include rail, airfare, or hotel accommodations.

Terms & Conditions

One (1) package is available for the highest bidder and up to nine (9) guests. Package includes (a) pre-selected 4-course lunch by Chef Nancy Silverton for ten (10) guests on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 12pm - 2:30pm, (b) an autographed cookbook by Chef Nancy Silverton for each guest, (c) wine pairings for each course. Dietary preferences must be made known at least seven (7) days in advance. Package is strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Hilton Team Members are prohibited from participating in the Private Lunch by Celebrated Chef Nancy Silverton bidding / auction experience. Hilton Honors member will be disqualified from claiming the experience if his or her account does not have sufficient Points at time of auction closing. The winning bidder may not resell items and/or experiences redeemed through the Hilton Honors Experiences site and may not re-market, resell or otherwise transfer or dispose of an experience without obtaining Hilton Honors' prior written consent.
