Every weekend, Makan Kitchen at the DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya lays out a blow-out buffet that celebrates Surabaya's delicious multicultural food heritage. From behind their live interactive kitchens, the restaurant's talented team of chefs serve up a tempting spread of Indonesian, Chinese and Colonial cuisines, each dish bringing vividly to life a unique 'farm to table' experience. At lunch, children also have free access to the Kids Zone alongside activities such as a Cookie Man performance and cupcake decoration.

This experience for two (2) includes:
-All-you-can-eat weekend buffet on Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, or Sunday lunch

Experience includes: (a) One (1) afternoon tea set for two (2) persons featuring assorted desserts (Chocolate & Raspberry Mousse cake, Red Velvet, etc.) and savory pastries (Madeleine, Financier, Scone, etc.) with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot. Dietary preference must be made known at the point of reservation. Valid through December 31, 2021. Subject to availability. Experience must be booked a minimum of seven (7) business days in advance. This experience does not include hotel accommodations, rail or airfare. Hilton Honors member will be disqualified from claiming the experience if his or her account does not have sufficient Points at time of auction closing. The winning bidder may not resell items and/or experiences redeemed through the Hilton Honors Experiences site and may not re-market, resell or otherwise transfer or dispose of an experience without obtaining Hilton Honors' prior written consent.
