LAVO-an Italian Bistro that plays host to both the power lunch and dinner sets-is one of Manhattan's and Las Vegas's most popular restaurants. During this incredible evening, you will learn the complexities behind different grades, cuts, and preparations of beef. The three-course dining extravaganza commences with lighter fare including oysters with Osetra caviar. Then it's on to the main event where masters guide guests through multiple cuts of beef including American & Japanese Wagyu, Prime dry-aged, and American grass-fed steaks prepared as filet mignon, strip, ribeye and skirt. These flavorful cuts of beef are then masterfully paired with bold Italian wines, hand selected by LAVO's sommelier. As the night goes on, you will meet the chef, take a kitchen tour and receive personalized chef knives.
