You'll spend time with Chef Matthew learning his process for creating the star-worthy, plant-based menu and preparing the award show menu dishes themselves, including Chilled Golden Beet Soup, King Oyster Mushroom "Scallops" over a wild mushroom risotto, and a vegan Opera Dome prepared by Chef Thomas Henzi.
