Chef de Cuisine Kenji Shindo, and Bangkok's only female Japanese Teppan Chef, Masami Inoue, have expertly crafted a special teppanyaki menu using high-quality ingredients to delight your taste buds. This stunning set menu includes an array of chef-selected sashimi and your choice of teppanyaki (U.S. Black Angus beef ribeye/Kaisen Moriawase; tiger prawns; Hokkaido scallop; snow fish and Ora King salmon/tenagaebi-blue river prawns). All served with Japanese-style sides and dessert.
